the game that the roads consolidated traditionally define a kind of rustic block. To
develop the sector, the tool would be to consolidate the existing roads avoiding the
creation of new roads. Generally correspond to the unpaved trails that only provide
access to each farmer to his land
Each of these rustic blocks encompasses a group of almost all cultivated rustic plots.
Assuming that these parcels come from an original rustic structure associated with the
agricultural exploitation model originally implemented, are not allowed new divisions to
its urbanization. On the assumption that it is only a matter of time that the city change
the use of those lands to propose a model of low density room (One-family isolated
housing).
It considers as logic of implantation to gather in one rustic block and in
one volume a growth of city equivalent to the one that in power possesses a
limited number of rustic blocks.
The next item is the justification for urban and typological suitability of the proposed
prototype. To do this, as shown in the plans, set out the idea that the evolution of growth
obeys the logic of construction of buildings and homes scattered in parcels of property.
In the proposal we do is collect all the buildings into one, it also establishes a theory of
intervention
The basic ideas, shown in Fig 4, can be expressed as follow:
Spontaneous appearance of homes connected to the farm.
Proliferation “viral” unregulated residential settlements.
Application of certain criteria of unregulated suburban development.
Consolidation as residential tissue growth, outside any agricultural interest
and depletion of the available territory, due to the lack of planning.
Gathering action potential reasonable growth at high density elements
Establishing criteria of proximity, density and areas of development sprawl.
