Oral Presentation Guidelines and Formats
Please click here to obtain the Word full paper template. The complete full papers in Word should be submitted using DROPBOX file sharing folders by 30 th June 2012. Please note that only formatted full papers submitted before the deadline will be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings. In addition, selected papers will also be included in an academic journal to be published in 2013. The maximum length of each oral presentation is 15 min including 3 min discussion. All presenters are requested to upload their PowerPoint presentation slides in dedicated DROPBOX folders by 31st July 2012.
All poster presenters are also requested to submit their own full papers, as well as deliver a 5 min oral PowerPoint presentation before the face-to-face poster discussion. Accordingly, please upload max 5 page PowerPoint presentation slides in the DROPBOX and bring the hardcopy display poster to the registration desk when arriving at the conference venue. At the desk, the presentation number will be given to each presenter in order to put up the poster on the dedicated wall.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
The max poster size is A0. The major sections of the poster should include the title, abstract, introduction, research m ethods, results and discussion.The poster includes a brief overview of the study, which can be explained in more detail in a one-to-one conversation with the reader.
