As it is possible to see from the graph, the behavior of the house is very good because
the temperature of all the rooms fluctuates of only 3-4 °C on average both in winter and
in summer.
The Home Automation
Smart solutions have been implemented in the building focusing for:
•
testing and verifying the utility and the effective use of scenarios for the flexible
utilization of automated passive solar systems;
•
quantifying the contribution of automated control for the lighting, shading and
conditioning systems;
•
experimenting the possibility to guarantee both safety and security to the house users.
