The recovery method proposed in the project for this new university of Trento site follows
fully eco-sustainable principles. It is possible to list these principles.
Social and economic sustainability:
- the use, for the community, of buildings strategically located in central positions with
the aim of reducing impact of private vehicles by means of the use of public transport;
- the use of low environmental impact technologies such as district heating, usually
called teleheating;
- the use of renewable energy sources such as natural lighting.
