Of course the "integration project" needs to be addressed and solved in a craft logic, not
in the sense of the use of traditional systems, but as artisanal "capacity" of creative
elaboration at scale of “detail", done case-by-case and that takes an essential value for
compatibility and contextualization of the intervention. The research aims as application
field, the reality of the reconstruction of several towns hard hit by the earthquake of 2009
in L'Aquila: the transfer of defined principles could constitute an important opportunity for
experimentation of BIPV in historical contexts, and demonstrate the real forms of
compatibility and integration.
