3. Experiment Result
3.1 Flow
The liquidity experiment result following the foam agent dilution concentration and foam
rate is shown on Figure 4. In the event of the diluted concentration of foam rate is 1%,
difference for each type of foam agent occurs but there is almost no difference for the
case of 3% and 5%. Therefore, in the event that the foam agent is used, and in the event
that the influence of the foam agent type is to be excluded, it is prudent to maintain the
foam agent concentration of 3% or more.
3.2 Density
Figure 5 and 6 showed the change in the slurry function density and post-hardening
oven dry density following the foam agent type and diluted concentration. The slurry
function density and the hardening dry density decline in straight line in accordance with
the increase of the foam rate and it showed no influence of the foam agent type and
foam agent concentration. The slurry density and the oven-dried density of hardener
showed the average difference of 0.2 and it showed no influence of foam rate, foam
agent type, and foam agent concentration.
