As the mode of transport changes from car to walk or private vehicle the environmental
concern begins to show up with fitness factor and cost and stress. There is a VALUE
MISMATCH between the used mode and the options available (Figure 6).
CASE 5
This case is also where the user prefers walking and sometimes uses bus or subway.
Following are details of the present situation and the available mode of transports in that
area and the cost variance between them.

This is a different case then all others as here the distance is great but the used mode is
